1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Md3w application and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Md3w provides a platform for creating, customizing, and sending digital invitations for various events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Services include invitation design, WhatsApp delivery, guest list management, and RSVP tracking.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Pricing
Service prices are based on the selected invitation packages. All payments are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Once a purchase is completed, used credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The platform must be used for lawful purposes only. It is prohibited to send offensive, illegal, or spam content through our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, templates, and content available on the platform are the exclusive property of Md3w or licensed to us. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes outside the scope of the service without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including WhatsApp message delivery issues.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the service is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
